Her home market, waterfront downtown through the village neighborhoods.
West Palm Beach runs from the Intracoastal waterfront and the towers of downtown out to established inland neighborhoods with real yards and mature trees. It is the county’s working center: the courthouse, the offices, the airport and the restaurant blocks are all here, and pricing changes street by street depending on how close you sit to the water and to Clematis and Rosemary.

Golf and club communities, newer construction, minutes from the coast.
Palm Beach Gardens is planned, green and heavily club oriented, built around golf communities, PGA Boulevard and newer single family construction. Buyers here are usually weighing HOA structure, club membership and build year against how far they want to be from the beach and the airport.

Inlet, dockage and the quieter end of the county coastline.
Jupiter trades on water access. The inlet, the Loxahatchee River and the waterway neighborhoods behind them mean dock space, bridge clearance and boating access can matter as much as the house itself. It stays lower rise and quieter than the county’s southern coast, and it holds value accordingly.

Bungalow streets, walkable blocks and genuine value.
Lake Worth Beach is a small grid of historic bungalow streets between the Intracoastal and Dixie Highway, with a walkable downtown and a beach of its own. It is one of the last places on this coast where character housing still trades below the county’s headline numbers, so condition and renovation history drive price.

Norwood Village is one of the established residential pockets inside West Palm Beach: single story homes, wide lots, shade trees and a settled, long tenure feel. Buyers looking here are usually trading a newer build for space, quiet and a short run into town.

Pembroke Pines sits south in Broward County and is built almost entirely around planned communities: lakes, gated entrances, newer family housing and a strong school pull.
